Sergey Koinov

Managing Partner

  • Mr. Sergey Koinov joined Forton International in 2007 with solid professional experience in consultancy, management and sales. As the CEO of an energy consultancy firm, he brokered the entry of world-leading technologies into the Bulgarian market. While at IBM, he was among the few Bulgarians to have been entrusted with IBM's key clients in Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
  • At Forton International, Mr. Koinov has helped restructure the company into a customer-oriented business and one offering the full scope of commercial property services. Under his guidance, Forton expanded into Serbia and Macedonia, saw turnover increase significantly, and the company became an Alliance Partner of Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate advisory company.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Applied Economics from the American University in Bulgaria.
  • A number of in-house consultancy, sales and managerial trainings at Siemens Business Services and IBM.

Michaela Lashova

Partner

Head of Capital Markets and Consultancy Department

  • Mrs. Michaela Lashova joined Forton International after five years at UniCredit Leasing, part of the largest financial institution in Bulgaria - UniCredit, where she headed the department for large corporate clients and real estate.
  • While at Forton, Mrs. Lashova has helped to attract and retain key international investors and developers. Due to her initiative, Forton opened up to the banking sector. Presently, a number of banks turn to Forton for pro-active management of their real estate portfolios.

Vladislav Kayzerov

Head of Office and Industrial Space Department

  • Prior to joining Forton International, Mr. Vladislav Kayzerov spent six years at Raiffeisenbank EAD (Bulgaria), 2.5 years of which he was a Branch Manager and two years as Head of Sales Department. He was also in charge of a McKinsey project intended to strengthen the sales force efficiency at Raiffeisenbank’s branch network.
  • As Head of the Office Space Department, Mr. Kayzerov optimized the operations of the office leasing team, and as a result both landlord and tenant-oriented services have a faster time to delivery.

Dimitar Kiferov

Head of Retail Space Department

  • Mr. Dimitar Kiferov arrived at Forton International with an in-depth knowledge of the retail, restaurant and franchising industry. With seven years in managerial positions at PIC Co Plc, Bella Bulgaria, Grand Hotel Sofia and a portfolio of restaurants and bars, he brought valuable insight into the clientele that he now serves as a manager at Forton.
  • While at Forton, Mr. Kiferov helped develop relations with landlords and tenants alike, expanded the possibilities for his department with non-exclusive agreements and introduced the franchising concept for international companies willing to expand to Bulgaria.

Vladimir Gurdjieff

Head of Industrial & Logistics Space Department

  • Prior to joining Forton International, Mr. Vladimir Gurdjieff, spent two years as Sales Director at bERS PLC., a company offering B2B integrated 3PL logistics services. Before that he worked as Country Manager for the Real Estate Portal City24 Bulgaria Ltd. – local branch of a Scandinavian media corporation Alma Media Interactive Oy. He started his professional career in the leasing sector, as sales manager at subsidiary companies of two of the biggest multinational financial corporations in Europe such as Unicredit and Raiffeisen.

Maya Baltadjieva

Head of Property Management

  • Mrs. Baltadjieva joined Forton International with more than five years of property management experience. In her previous roles, she was in charge of the property management and leasing of some of the largest and most successful projects in Bulgaria such as Business Park Sofia and the entire real estate portfolio of Alfa Developments. She was also Head of the Leasing team of ECE for the Europe Tower Project in Sofia.

Aneta Stoyanova

Head of Marketing Department

  • Ms. Aneta Stoyanova brings 10 years of marketing experience to Forton International. While always true to her marketing vocation, she learnt the ins and outs of the profession at specialized PR & advertising agencies such as D&D and Art Line, and also at companies where marketing & advertising was secondary to their business such as retailer Mobil Sviat and cable TV operator Evrotour SAT. This helped her grasp the aspects of marketing from both the client's and service provider's perspective, an invaluable plus for her role at Forton.
  • Ms. Stoyanova is in charge of Forton's own marketing activities as well as the marketing of projects on behalf of clients. At her initiative, client-oriented marketing services developed into an individual offering within Forton’s service portfolio. As a result, several realtors have already chosen to outsource their marketing activities to Forton.

Ivan Blagoev

Head of Legal Department

  • Prior to joining Forton International, Mr. Ivan Blagoev worked in both the public and private sectors, which gave him well-rounded exposure to all of the subtleties of local legislation. As a legal expert at the Ministry of Economy and Energy, he specialized in insolvency proceedings for industrial companies. He was also responsible for drafting and consulting commercial and labour agreements where the state featured as a go-between or party. His more recent position at Address, a real estate agency within AG Capital Group, helped to smooth his transition towards the legal aspects of the real estate business.
  • Mr. Blagoev runs the legal matters of our company and clients alike. So far at Forton, he has helped to develop commercial property legal advisory as a separate service and has put together a team to meet the growing demand for this specialized offering.
