Forton International forecast prices slightly to rise 09.07.2010  Dnevnik, 8th July 2010
We might see insufficiency of modern industrial and logistics space on the market at the end of this year or the beginning of 2011, because of the few new logistics developments under construction, said Alexander Tanev, Head of Logistics and Industrial Space in Forton International. As a result, prices may increase a little bit. Looking at the big picture, Bulgaria remains one of the interesting destination for the clients of Forton’s alliance partner Cusman&Wakefield, added Tanev.
