Retail parks gain more popularity and may soon attract the interest which have been shown to shopping centers till now, accorind to the experts from Forton International. The mix of tenants in retail parks combine food, big box furniture, kids’ stores and DIY retailers, said Dimitar Kiferov, Head of Retail Space in Forton. According to the company, at the moment there are two sites of this kind – in Plovdiv and in Veliko Tarnovo. Regarding the rental levels, prices go between 5-10 euro per sq. m as in many places rents are tied to the turnovers, added Kiferov.
