A quarter of office space in Sofia remains vacant 21.07.2010  Monitor, 21th July 2010
According to the analysis of Forton International for the segment of commercial property, 33 000 sq. m office space is absorbed in the second quarter of 2010. Forton’s data points out that for the period, nearly 103,000 sq.m new office space have appeared only in the last three months. Approximately 200,000 sq.m. new office space is expected to be completed within 2010. Vacancy rate is expected to increase until the end of the year up to 25%-30% with the expected high delivery of new space.
