Forton International conducted a business seminar on how to conclude a good deal in time of crisis25.03.2010 “How to make a good investment deal” and “what are the advantages of professional property management” were the main topics of the business seminar conducted by Forton International. Lack of hidden obligations and professional property management of a building are key factors in investment sales. This was clarified in the two lectures on topics “How to sell successfully in crisis” and “Property Management – excessive cost or necessity”. Lecturers at the seminar were Michaela Lashova, Head of Capital Markets and Consultancy and Genoveva Borisova, Head of Property Management at Forton International.
