		<description><![CDATA[According to the analysis of Forton International for the second quarter of 2010, the rents on the main shopping streets in the capital reached their  lowest levels since 2002. ]]></description>

<p lang="en-US"><span style="font-size: small;">Dnevnik, 10<sup>th</sup> August 2010</span></p>
<p lang="en-US">According to the analysis of Forton International for the second quarter of 2010, the rents on the main shopping streets in the capital reached their  lowest levels since 2002. Rental levels are now 55 euros per sq.m at an average which is a slump of 30 % for Sofia and 43 to 50 % for the other major cities. <span style="font-size: small;">Q2 recorded the highest supply of new shopping center space in the country so far – 163 000 sq.m. </span>The analysis indicates that around the end of June the modern shopping center stock in the country significantly increase up to 485 000 sq.m.</p>

<p>1040,5 sq. m of new office space of Polygaphia Office Center have been leased to an international media. The deal was concluded with the exclusive assistance of Forton International. Representatives of the company commented that the interest in Polygraphia Office Center is growing up with the approach of opening date in October this year. The complex will deliver to the market 16 500 sq. m modern office space and over 2 200 sq. m retail space. The building is at final stage of construction and currently finishing works are in progress. Investor of the project is BLD Office Park.</p>

<p>Forton International was an intermediary in a transaction where 1 040,5 sq.m new office space was rented in Polygraphia Office Center. The area is on the first floor of the building and will be used for newsroom by an international media. Forton shares that it is based on the local market in partnership with a Bulgarian company which is also a tenant in the transaction.</p>
