Trade Industrial Parks

Trade Industrial Parks (TI Parks) will be strategically positioned close to Bulgaria’s largest cities; Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Burgas, Varna, Ruse, Pleven and Blagoevgrad.

TI Parks will create a multi-functional environment for industrial and logistics companies and provide them with modern, efficient and strategic business solutions.

The Parks will promote area-specific trade activities to be carried out. These include light production, warehousing, logistics operations, as well as auxiliary activities such as repairs and service operations. Tenants’ activities will often be interrelated, which further increases their productivity. Representative showrooms, Class A offices and functional warehouses will all be available for expanding businesses.
