Litex Tower

Litex Tower is one of three tall buildings next to metrosatation on Dragan Tsankov Blvd. The building gives its tenants the flexibility of open space floor layout, high class cabling in raised floor and 2,9m clear height. The comfort is ensured with 4pipe HVAC, openable windows, Building Management System, two independent substations and additional diesel generator and 7 high speed lifts. The building is executed with the latest generation façade conceptual design-adaptive façade especially designed for the project.
