Sofia Airport Center (SAC)

Sofia Airport Center (SAC) will be an international standard, environmentally friendly business precinct located on the eastern metropolitan fringe of Sofia. The project is situated within direct proximity (approximately 1km) from Sofia International Airport which features a new International Terminal and upgraded expressway link (Brussels Blvd.).

The development’s concept is based around three core elements – Class A offices (100 000 sqm), logistics warehouses (22 000 sqm), and a business hotel (250 rooms).
