Mall Varna

Mall Varna is the first modern shopping center in Varna. It offers customers fashion and accessory outlets, cinemas, a kids playground, restaurants, cafes, and a 2 level entertainment center. Since its opening in June 2008, Mall Varna has turned out to be the favorite place to shop and have fun for the people of Varna and visitors to the city.

The Scottish investment company Miller Developments acquired Mall Varna in 2007, in a deal amounting to €120 million. Forton International working together with Cushman & Wakefield provided advisory services on the deal, which was the biggest investment transaction for a shopping center in Bulgaria at the time.
