Mall Varna

Mall Varna is the first modern shopping center in Varna. It offers to its clients fashion and accessories, cinemas, kids’ playground on more than 700 sq.m, restaurants, cafes, and a huge entertainment center on 2 levels. For the time since its opening in June 2008, Mall Varna has turned out to be the favorite place to shop and have fun for the people in Varna and the guests of the city, and enjoys about 4 million people footfall a year.

The Scottish investors Miller Developments, acquired Mall Varna in 2007, in a deal of 120 million euro. Forton, together with Cushman & Wakefield advised on the deal, which was the biggest investment transaction for a shopping center in Bulgaria at the time.
