Tenant representation involves finding the right retail space for you. We are in touch with shopping center owners throughout the Balkans region and know many proprietors of high street shops in large cities and towns. Importantly, we are also well aware of market conditions and the going rental rates.

Once we learn the specifications of the retail space you want, we draft a list of potential locations in an availability report. Once you shortlist your preferences, we can move forward with negotiations until we strike a lease agreement with a landlord. Then you can move in and start running your retail business.

We proceed likewise when you decide to relocate or renegotiate on your rent.
